So it stands to reason that tea has caffeine in it, whether natural or not

5 hours a day seems kinda terrible.
I average 6.5-8 hours of sleep every night these days, depending on what time I go to sleep and whether or not I need to go to work in the morning
Flexible work hours, i usually sleep around 7-10 hours

My day+night is usually longer then 24 hours
So what time im awake rolls forward a hour or few each day
Technically I'm on flexible work hours, but I have to stick to the schedule I decided to do because my company's time tracking dept is anal-retentive
