2018-07-29 20:11:20 UTC

I haven't seen him sing. I just read the story yesterday, and Tim's video is the first I've seen him even speak

2018-07-29 20:11:30 UTC

go to his yt channel

2018-07-29 20:11:36 UTC

hold on lemme link

2018-07-29 20:12:28 UTC

oh I read about that earlier today... I can't stand that bs

2018-07-29 20:12:41 UTC

well what do you expect..

2018-07-29 20:13:23 UTC

;___________;

2018-07-29 20:13:26 UTC

they made an all encompassing catch 22 system that doesn't even meet civil court standards for statement of facts and then make essentially totalitarian rulings that can affect people's lives just like that..

2018-07-29 20:13:29 UTC

I'd be Marcus' friend

2018-07-29 20:13:51 UTC

like the other kid that liked knifes and was bit socially awkward (don't remember if he was autistic but something like that) was under investigation for months , even prohibited from going to class because someone reported him for being weird and possible school shooter or what..

2018-07-29 20:13:53 UTC

That bitch in the office who reported him is missing out

2018-07-29 20:14:25 UTC

lol that other bitch that claimed he was getting too close to her and was groping her should be reported for making a false statement

2018-07-29 20:14:40 UTC

gotta make them accountable to making false statements..

2018-07-29 20:15:04 UTC

and he couldn't defend himself since he doesn't understand the issue at hand for social behavior

2018-07-29 20:15:07 UTC

Lying to the police is a crime. Why isn't lying during Title IX investigations? a Title IX violation LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE constitutes a crime

2018-07-29 20:15:19 UTC

So falsely reporting a crime... should be a crime... no matter where

2018-07-29 20:15:20 UTC

his mom, on the other hand, was like WTF you were sitting behind him, how could he get near you..

2018-07-29 20:15:49 UTC

and also the "inappropriate fist bumping"

2018-07-29 20:15:50 UTC

hahaha

2018-07-29 20:15:55 UTC

I tried to look up what exactly that Title IX is but .. I'm afraid I'm still not sure

2018-07-29 20:16:03 UTC

was he touching you without your permision, did he touch you anywhere else, did he stalk you?

2018-07-29 20:16:09 UTC

no, then stop calling it inappropriate :V

2018-07-29 20:16:36 UTC

title ix is essentially a system in place to report sexual harrassment and assault

2018-07-29 20:16:46 UTC

essentially anything involving gender stuff

2018-07-29 20:17:10 UTC

now the issue is, for allegations, the standard of proof is set to "is it possible"

2018-07-29 20:17:26 UTC

instead of "beyond a reasonable doubt"

2018-07-29 20:17:45 UTC

Title IX is the Department of Education's attempt to enforce the 14th Amendment on college campuses.

2018-07-29 20:18:17 UTC

so the problem lies in here where you and the other person goes to a cafetaria, other person claims you groped her...

2018-07-29 20:18:27 UTC

It's not just gender, it's also race and supposed to be disability too. Any kind of unequal treatment or behavior.

2018-07-29 20:18:28 UTC

title ix is the most fucked up shit one can come up with

2018-07-29 20:18:28 UTC

you have to prove you could not have possibly groped her

2018-07-29 20:18:30 UTC

:V

2018-07-29 20:18:35 UTC

so basically kangaroo court

2018-07-29 20:18:41 UTC

Yep

2018-07-29 20:18:45 UTC

more like an inquisition

2018-07-29 20:19:20 UTC

where they assume guilty already and defending yourself proves you are guilty, and not defending proves you know you are guilty

2018-07-29 20:19:21 UTC

😄

2018-07-29 20:19:41 UTC

The standard of evidence is "Preponderance of the Evidence". Basically if there's a 51% chance that it could have happened, it happened. As opposed to beyond a reasonable doubt, where it almost certainly did happen, even if you could think of a scenario that means it didn't.

2018-07-29 20:20:00 UTC

51% is a joke

2018-07-29 20:20:09 UTC

it can be, did you take the same hallway?
