Japanese is very woke on the immigration (((problem)))
People are always retraining and between jobs.
they don't love you back tho
I have webm to prove it
XD yeah to further the lineage of his like 30 or sumthin sons
Japan has the lowest violent crime rate. Period.
They want to keep that.
@Tohob they do i just smash and pass
and yeah the japs don't fuck around with no immigrants
no there are not always educators, although with the internet its easier to "import" an educator without actually bringing them local.
also, pretty sure japan takes English teachers in. although they are probably looked down upon as a society
Im almost home ill post the webms of that japanese dude talking about it very woke stuff
I posit that every first world western country has the ability to train anyone to do any job.
There is no western country that, for example, lacks the ability to train machinists.
It's ridiculous to assert that first world countries lack the ability to train workers and therefore must seek workers from less developed nations. It's nonsense.
Yeah its more lack of a willing workforce
We just have companies that don't want to PAY for it, and they have regulatory capture.
Jobs like train conductors are in very very high demand
you cant train "anyone" people that are not intrested or somewhat disabled for the job cant do.
you are right... they can just outsource instead
Exactly. Which is why if you want to fix plenty of societal problems, you have to fix immigration.
Yeah, FIX IT!
how does preventing a company from bring people local fix the problem of them just never offering the job local to begin with?
"well, we can't save money by importing people....guess we'll just pick up and move to them instead. its still cheaper"
have a law saying they must post the job localy for 30 days before searching abrod or something
Christ.
that doesn't solve the problem
Don't just make a new law forcing people to do this or that.
training can take years
XD not sure that would want to make them stay
you'd have to be like "the job has to be open for over 5 years before you can bring in a non-citzen"
thats... a long time
That's the time of training.
^
Ever heard of people who want 3 years of experience in a program that has only existed for 3 months?
Nobody has ever heard of apprenticeships and OJT?
Oh we don't train in america anymore.
apprenticeships have not be a major thing in the long time
a lot of entry level jobs these days...well at least 3 years ago, had a requirement for 5+ years in the industry
