I wish there was any form of high carb food in my house. My family believes that fasting and having extremely low carbs is the way to lose weight. Unlike the rest of my family, I’m actually in shape due to exercising, so this is hell for me now 😦
Well, speaking from my current experience, it doesn't hurt to maintain a low-carb diet
Exercise is still the best solution though
Having both is a sure fire way, but exercise will compensate any shitty diet
