imho, whether the car touched her or not, the dude ramming into people next to her very likely cause her heart attack regardless

I have yet to see any video that indicates his car was being attacked prior to him speeding into a crowd.

The car absolutely touched her if you watch all the different angles. She was hit head on and was carried forward on the front of the car before rolling off to the side
