Newt deserved the boot
“First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”
The social media wildfire is kind of amazing to watch
The most sagacious of us know this is extremely good news.
It means more of the fight is now behind us than infront of us.
This is... Not what I expected to find in my subs https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zCLAgxXH6NI
Its the light at the end of the tunnel!
The guy on the left.
has rainbow colored teeth.
It's the most ridiculous fucking thing i've ever seen in my fucking life.
I'm saying fucking too fucking much.
i was about to ask if we could get one more fucking in there
Have you ever met someone who actually cannot stop themselves
that thumbnail is fucking wavy
Here you go https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pJx54IOAbEY
In general in the US the overton window has shifted
there are 2 overton windows
The standard left ideas include strong support for social equality (women, gays, minorities) and pro government intervention in the market
Their foreign policy views have become too divided to say what the middle ground is
Standard right ideas include strong support for individuals and government intervention only when necessary
Again, foreign policy is far too split to say what the middle ground is, although many seem more willing to antagonize allies than previous years
The right is currently pro protectionism, and the alt right is anti individual and pro welfare state
XD that grease snoop mashup XD so great
You guys.
I think i've met my match
For my sick backflips I mean
Neolibs are for a largely corporate driven market so that taxes collected can be dropped down to the lower class to support them
The "right" and "left" as we understand them are a collection of tribes that have decided (sometimes arbitrarily) that one set of tribes is closer to their position than the other
yeah i dunno why im right, i just blindly believe the political tests i take
Whereas Libertarian describes a position that exists regardless of context, "Right Wing" describes a relative position, and not even one necessarily based on concrete factors
I think the tests are kinda fun in a time killing way
And at least a test will be based off of standard criteria
most of them are really stupid since the questions are framed af
I think the framing isn't really that much of a problem
