"Asked the SEC to study" isn't actually changing anything. The SEC will likely take 2-3 years to study this and then say "it's not a good idea".
@YuXiang If you're not a nation state, you should assume the OpSec options you have are pretty futile.
As far as the NSA, CIA, Mossad, etc go.
Most Nation States, should assume their OPSEC are compromised at all ends

maybe they found a way to link which server is sending data to which computer, but still cant understand whats in it
