Eh? I am proud to be a Oklahoman. We help each other in time of need (Tornadoes) and we strive to grow as a community (Small towns and small cities.) We don't fight with each other and tend to be there for each other when we need help. It is an bond forged through tragedy after tragedy (Tornadoes once again.)

SJWs want to save you from yourself, from the sins you don't realize you're committing.

i'm in the netherlands, nothing big happens here, and we pay turkish for votes

2018-08-22 14:42:20 UTC

Only big thing that happen was the Oklahoma City bombing and that guy was a fringe nut job.

2018-08-22 14:42:32 UTC

I was there in Perry, Oklahoma when they caught him.

2018-08-22 14:42:39 UTC

I watched him be placed in a police car when they did that.

2018-08-22 14:42:43 UTC

@Dusty Morgan we also are in the top 10 for worst violent rates

2018-08-22 14:42:58 UTC

You talking about Tulsa?

2018-08-22 14:43:08 UTC

Pics or you lying @Dusty Morgan

2018-08-22 14:43:11 UTC

im talking state wide

2018-08-22 14:43:26 UTC

I don't believe that one bit Captain...

2018-08-22 14:43:36 UTC

but i wouldnt be surprised if tulsa were the worst offender

2018-08-22 14:43:58 UTC

I hardly ever see violence where I live and I live in a small city.

2018-08-22 14:44:08 UTC

Stillwater, Oklahoma. We are rather peaceful here.

2018-08-22 14:44:19 UTC

well, you are free to not, im just basing my numbers of government established numbers

2018-08-22 14:44:32 UTC

I also keep a eye on the Stillwater Police channel, barely any violent crimes happen.

2018-08-22 14:44:52 UTC

My reality doesn't seem to match up with government numbers.

2018-08-22 14:44:55 UTC

>I personally don't see X, so it can't be

2018-08-22 14:45:04 UTC

gg with that anecdotal evidence

2018-08-22 14:45:21 UTC

need to remember larger cities effect the numbers of a state quite often

2018-08-22 14:45:38 UTC

So Tulsa and Oklahoma City?

2018-08-22 14:46:02 UTC

Yeah cities seem to be a magnet for violent crimes, never understood why that is.

2018-08-22 14:46:11 UTC

ie chicago and the rest of illiois

2018-08-22 14:46:22 UTC

I am saying vast majority of Oklahoma is very peaceful.

2018-08-22 14:46:34 UTC

cities have high population densities

2018-08-22 14:46:39 UTC

it's as simple as that

2018-08-22 14:46:42 UTC

Probably 8/10 of the state is peaceful.

2018-08-22 14:46:43 UTC

cuz that is what happens when you put a bunch of ppl close to eachother

2018-08-22 14:47:05 UTC

*8/10ths of the area of the state

2018-08-22 14:47:32 UTC

Compare that to the rest of the nation... I rather live here than anywhere else.

2018-08-22 14:47:37 UTC

a city can overwhelm a large section of a state if it's sparsely populated outside the big cities

2018-08-22 14:47:42 UTC

tbf 8/10ths of the state are hills, plains, and forests

2018-08-22 14:47:51 UTC

*the area of the state

2018-08-22 14:47:53 UTC

Not really...

2018-08-22 14:48:02 UTC

again, the population isn't the area, that needs to be specified

2018-08-22 14:48:11 UTC

Forests are not that big in Oklahoma. We are mostly farm lands and small towns.

2018-08-22 14:48:19 UTC

that is an obvious assumption and joke

2018-08-22 14:48:30 UTC

This story is going to be memory holed SO FAST

2018-08-22 14:48:55 UTC

if you have 51% of the population in one town and 49% of the population in the rest of the small towns, "most of the state" is that one town

2018-08-22 14:49:10 UTC

language matters
