the problem with selling PCs is likely that those that know enough to get the high end stuff will want it custom to their preferences, and those that dont just buy a PC from the store in their area

tim rages against race realism again in one of his latest videos, so lets get some science on:

IQ is largely heritable, this was proven by twin studies (and others, but lets take twins as an example), where the twins have the exact same DNA (monozygotic twins), but raised seperatly, their IQs correlate .76 (its .86 when raised in the same household)
this means that environment accounted for only 20% of the difference in IQ between people with the same DNA raised in different environments.

this 20% does not explain the much larger gap between races on the IQ front in america. it does however explain the average black iq in american blacks being ~85 vs the african sub80, as the environment is just so much better on average in america.

so no, raising blacks, asian style, wont give them ~120 IQs (like asians). i would estimate based on these numbers it would give them an average of 90-95 at most, as environments only explain 20% of the difference between IQs.

conclusion: you can change culture to improve IQ in traditionally lower IQ communities in america, by forcing them to adopt another communities culture (good luck lmao) but even then the change will be very modest and almost certainly not worth the cost.

there is also the funny lil detail of why non race realists believe that evolution differences between the races somehow would stop before they reach the brain..
