A model of reality
My friend is an astronaut
Wheers the harness?
I don't see it
I see them in microgravity
yes the wires go vertically
that's why they never cross over him with the rings
so the water they play with has strings on it too
and every piece of paper
why is every thing you have a compressed gif
try some actual footage
instead of compression artifacts
become an astronaut
or build yourself a rocket
oof then you gotta explain this one :
@SamanthaFluff care to explain how solar eclipses are perfectly predicted by the globe model?
oh ya sure
but i showed you this before
how did you forget
oh i can
wanna see?
I think you'll forget though instantly
ya but this prediction method does it perfectly
and explains why the pattern exists
how is it accurate if it's based on incorrect information
@SamanthaFluff ya, that's not done
none of what you said is done
ephemerides are generated using gravity spherical earth, heliocentric model
and they predict the ground track perfectly
@MCToon flatties never heard of simplifying assumptions
@SamanthaFluff check recent ground track of US 2017 eclipse
I was there, right on centerline, and the duration matched prediction perfectly
had an app on the phone
@Human Sheeple prove it, b/c this says differently : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jet_Propulsion_Laboratory_Development_Ephemeris
@MCToon awesome, what type of engineer are you?
@Human Sheeple not based on any pattern
it's time stepping the n-body equations, using newtonian physics
@SamanthaFluff the pattern of occurances doesn't tell you the ground track of the shadow
and the pattern doesn't work for the whole earth
@Human Sheeple yet you cite nasa when they say they use the saros cycle to predict eclipses
@Human Sheeple prove that image isn't a painting anyways
@SamanthaFluff ok show me what pattern predicts this
@SamanthaFluff gonna have to back up that last statement
b/c thats patently false
records of eclipses, same ones you talk about
agree with this method perfectly
that's how they're accurate
b/c the earth is a globe
no flat earth assumption has this accuracy
lets see it if it exists
@SamanthaFluff proof?
that sounds like a baseless claim
@Human Sheeple Lol nice deflection
can't deal with the fact that solar eclipse ground tracks are perfectly predicted by nasa, using gravity
that must suck
sure does
ground track was right on
@SamanthaFluff yes
i used the ephemerides that predicted the last solar eclipse
and it was right one
flat earth does none of this
@Human Sheeple wrong
di dyou forget how i proved you wrong on that already?
@SamanthaFluff so if i can measure distance with a ruler, and a laser, does that mean all distances are measured with a ruler?
@SamanthaFluff yet flat earth can do no such prediction
interesting
@SamanthaFluff it does
it gives you the accurate ground track
previous methods didn't do that
nor did they account for terrain
lol no
thats call measurement uncertainty
wrong , it does match reality
but measurements are imperfect, can you measure somethign with a ruler to 1 millionth of an inch?
hilarious
no flat earth model is even close to this
@SamanthaFluff this proves all of you wrong
@Human Sheeple lets see yoru model of light curving up in air
you claiming that light curves up in air is a model
how much does it curve up?
what does it depend on?
@SamanthaFluff makes sense that you dont' care about what's accurate
@Human Sheeple lol
is that a painting?
how much does it curve up/
@Human Sheeple useless, u got rekt
ok well let's see the equations
"depends on weather conditions" is a model
although you haven't made a good one at all
hahaha no
that's not what that says
oh sure here it is
since you like nasa papers, why do you never cite this one
@SamanthaFluff got anything to back that up?
