I hope that answers your question @legend82
You can have your beliefs, but please actually learn about gravity before you start asking questions
Its not fraudulent, it's a saying that applies to some situations
Sunrazor wrecking flat earthers yet again
<:watching:625748905975611443>
Flat earthers never try to look at things from other perspectives
They always assume an authoritative stance in order to look down on others. 'Youre just a sheep'
Now you're resorting to insults
Once again...
Proving my point
Is it a victim card if someone makes an ad hominem attack?
That sounds to me like a faulty argument
But...logrian is a moderator...
More insults
👌
I notice that any time someone comes in believing the earth is a globe and insults flat earthers, they are immediately muted or banned. If moderators do it to us, though, and we complain, they say we're playing the victim card
Hypocrisy much?
Deflecting @Mathieus the Walking Witness
If you are in an argument just to make insults, you should leave...if not, then engage him @Mathieus the Walking Witness
This isn't a debate, it's a shouting match
I'm calling you out for avoiding crowder's invitation for a debunk
I'm not even arguing with you, man
I find it funny that flat earthers try to act like they understand what logical fallacies are, when they actually don't and they just make themselves look incredibly bad...
Baller has a totally different meaning
You know that's not what he meant
You're nitpicking
Taking things literally when it suits you
More insults and ad hominems @Logrian
You don't even know what point he's trying to make and you immediately refute it...once again, pretending you know what logical fallacies are. If you're not going to contribute to the argument, just shut up. @Mathieus the Walking Witness
Out of all the obnoxious flat earthers i have met online, you're the one that I can't stand the most. Congrats. I'm leaving. @Mathieus the Walking Witness
Post it on a server you can and copy the link @The_chickenmaster
Seriously
If I call you a moron, then I can just say it's an observation.
👌
*doctrines
Bruh
That goes for you too...flat earthers claim that airlines lie about distances, yet flat earthers never actually measured the earth for themselves @Mathieus the Walking Witness
That's why the flat Earth map doesn't work for navigation - its inaccurate
So, you're one to talk about making your own observations
Let me guess what kinds of 'observations' and 'experiments' you made? Did you put an egg in salt water? Did you pour water on a small globe? Did you swing a gate back and forth? @Mathieus the Walking Witness
Did you point a laser thermometer at the moon and conclude that it produced cold light?
How do you define a 'troll comment'? @Logrian
Hello the law.
If you didn't believe what you were told, you wouldn't have any beliefs about the flat or round earth @Logrian
Someone informed you of the idea
Of all your ideas and thoughts
Yes you drew conclusions from that, but it still orginiated from another person
Accepting an experiment repeated hundred of times by scientists is not an appeal to authority. They are repeated and can be repeated by anyone who has the equipment.
I think, the best thing we can do is just wait. Just wait for companies to decide it's more worth it to take advantage of the moon and the costs go down, and it becomes safer to send people into space. When space flights for normal people becomes commonplace, the reaction from flat earthers is probably going to be diverse, but once they realize their mistake I don't think they should be laughed at for it. We should try and help them, then, because it is very difficult when your world is turned upside down, to maintain your sanity - even if they laughed at us when they didn't know, like they are doing here, we need to be the bigger person.
Imagine thinking that the Illuminati controls everything
You do know what that pyramid and eye are meant to represent, right?
If two people can have different interpretations of a symbol, it's pretty safe to say that you can't use that as evidence for anything.
I don't think you would have evidence for a single thing you say if YouTube didn't exist...
You do realize that money was invented before the game Monopoly was right?
🤦
Its hard not to laugh, but if you do, you will only convince them of their dilusions further.
I have a question. Do you believe that density or electromagnetism is the reason why things fall down? @Mathieus the Walking Witness
This isn't related to the current topic. Im introducing a new one...seriously dude.
It's only a fallacy if I'm using it as an argument against your current position on the current topic...
I'm not. Nothing to do with money and slavery
Seriously
🤦
I'm asking you a question independent of anything that you are talking about at the moment.
Got it?
Just...just 🤦
You didn't have any momentum to begin with...
That's a subjective opinion
And you're once again resorting to insults.
Cherry picking proofs, and nitpicking arguments when it benefits you.
I assume you're an adult. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought you were a 12 year old...
Also. Thanks, you answered my question by saying 'relative density'.
If things go down because they are more dense, why is the earth flat?
What about the other side of the plane that is the flat Earth? Do dense objects move up?
That doesn't answer anything, though. Are you saying that there is a material denser than everything on the earth below it?
....what
That's a pretty good theory
@Logrian the numbers on this don't make any sense...
130km is about 80 miles
If there is 8 feet of curvature per mile, that's 8 feet times 80 miles
Or 640 feet of curvature
Where the heck did 1304 miles come from?
Which number do I square?
The final answer?
So it's 1326 meters, not miles of curvature...
Confusing miles and meters is still a pretty darn big mistake
You still posted it without correcting it...
Just admit it's a mistake and move on. No harm no foul.
@A Search for Roche's Rifle You never debunked what Sunrazor said. You just made fun of him and left. I'd really like to see you explain the phenomenon he mentioned.
His experiment soundly debunks relative density.
Boston Marathon hoax?
Do you think the actual bombing didn't happen?
Or that it was a false flag
Oh I see
You don't hear about it from the news only.
There were families devastated by the bomb.
Do you think that the children of surviving relatives are lying about the trauma that happened to them?
This isn't even conspiracy denial anymore, this is history denial.
I'm sorry, what?
Do you even understand what a nuke is?
