How do I get my server back? I'm showing no one is online.

I can use Discord on my iPhone and I had gained rank. I've had to start over on my laptop. I don't care about my rank, I just want to contribute no matter how many times it takes. There are just some things that help can't help with. I need to figure it out myself and I will!! I am setting up a new desktop today and get off this laptop.
