I baked Ciabatta yesterday and I am preparing to make Pecan Sticky Roll for tomorrow morning

Going to make the sweet dough this evening and allow it to ferment overnight in the fridge. Then tomorrow morning it is basically assmeble the rolls, allow to rise for about 45 minutes then into the fire they go

18 minutes later they are done

The skies are so blue with a bright beautiful yellow sun, amazing

Already made the schmeer for the rolls and the filling. Right now I am taosting the pecans for the tops of the rolls
