Assuming you mean earth by ball, no. I mean relative to you, in terms of the ball, you are always at the top. Basically even if you are at the south pole of the hypothetical globe earth, it will act the same as the top of the ball so you are essentially at the top

becuase thats how it works. assuming everything is consistent between the globe and flat earth thats how it would work

its all assumptions because either flat earth exists or globe earth exists, so we have to assume that every interaction stays consistent when we switch between a hypothetical flat earth and hypothetical globe earth. So if you stay on the ground everywhere on a flat earth and any place thats flat is level on a flat earth, the same is true for a globe earth. and if thats true, then that would mean that the north/top and south/bottom of the globe earth would essentially be the same making the location where you measure if its level or not irrelevant, assuming the surface(like a table) itself is level.

In a setting like this where it overturns your beliefs, I feel it’s good to be combatitive and highly critical. And after, you should try to be critical of your own beliefs to either strengthen them or find a conclusion that’s better supported.
