However much of it is undemonstrated speculation, like astrophysics.
They teach you that certain principles are facts but are truly conflicted about it, it is an inductive approach, not direct measurements.

Medical science tends to be based on direct, less reliance on hypothesis and theory. You have germ theory, sure, but it is testing upon testing to verify cause and effect.
