I liked the Grafkette, it also doubled as a constricting band for giving IVs. Always had one on my belt loop.

One CAT for you, that works if everyone's got their own, which they should. Doesn't hurt to have extra. Also, the CAT breaks down under exposure to sunlight, so be sure to pack them away.

Too many high-speed operators put them on their MOLLE vests and had them break during crunch time.

@wings Chest seals are all about restoring vacuum pressure to the lungs. I'm not sure they'd be as effective on a neck wound. Pack a neck wound if you can, but don't cut off blood to the brain in the process.

Yes, the Grafs are less secure than the CATs but they will stop the bleeding as a temporary measure. They're not a CAT replacement. At Ft. Sam I learned to apply TQs high and tight on the limb first, then convert to a pressure bandage or TQ closer to the wound. Same principle applies to the Graf.

So what do you guys think about Ever's May 24th extension to the Safer At Home order? It's well past the 60 days mandated by the WI Constitution.

Yeah, May 12th is the end of the 60 days for the emergency order. Something's gotta give. I'm interested to see what the state legislature is going to do with the lawsuit.
