Any Wisconsin folks in here?
Originally, yeah, Janesville
Hell yeah
Fuck yyeeaahhhh
The great s$&# hole called madison
Suh dudes
Need to get more of Wisconsin on board it seems
Driftless region over here
Meaning?
Platteville
Damn, opposite direction of anywhere I go. Any Madison folks or a bit east?
Here's more Wisconsin for the board, Waupaca County
Woop Woop!
Ozaukee here
Manitowoc County area
Wood county in the house.
Washington county here
Not to get overly specific atm, but what's everyone here for? Whatcha looking at
I'm here more for federal issues than state issues.
Which part of government do you hate swampy? What issues with federal do you have walrus?
Basically anything that regulates the people or what we do in our free time. Laws for victimless "crimes".
I want a society where Bob and Jimbo can get married, snort marching powder, start a Marijuana farm, and protect that farm with Machine guns. All while distilling their own booze and selling their products without being taxed.
Ok, so your not fully anti gov. Your just anti shit gov hahaha
Can't say I don't agree with you though
A government that leaves its citizens to their own devices is a good government.
They can feel free to protect us from foreign threats, but they need to let the citizens govern and protect themselves 8n the domestic sector.
I'm totally open to full on anarchy though, I'd burn down DC.
Yeah, full anarchy would be fun. But then we wouldn't have much of a country left I don't think. Though, I'd say some protection for the people from the people would be ok in some cases. But then it would evolve back into what we are now sadly
Oh sure, like something similar to police, but they respond like a fire department, rather than actively patrolling.
Yeah, and heavily regulated like we are now. Hahaha. Only there when people need and ask for help with an actual problem. But I could see that going south fast. Cause isn't that what police were supposed to be in the first place
Pretty much, then they militarized.
But I think everyday people could handle that, rather than a government funded agency.
Some could. Not the majority of people now. They have been trained to be servants and sheep needing a shepherd to protect and guide them
So protection and teaching people to be self sufficient would mostly fall on us realistically
Most likely. But that's okay.
Just like now, you don't have to be combat able to support this movement.
No, not active combat. Hell, even if you can instruct people, safety, protection, farming, building. You name it. General ideals in self sufficiency
Or like another group I'm in. For hearts and minds, they are talking about cleaning up parks, delivering food, mowing lawns and shit
I actually had a thought today of a group starting a patreon or something, broadcasting it, and donating funds to small businesses that are suffering from lockdowns.
Sorry I ghosted, had to work.
Lol
No worries me to haha. Now I'm getting some fencing for my illegal chickens and quails
That's not a bad idea. I have a go fund me up for new gun owners to get training lol
What would be better is armed protections for work places so they can get back to work!
I also thought of that. I actually made a statement on a Facebook page offering Wisconsin business owners some muscle so they could open. Had one guy back me. The rest called me retarded.
No one took me up on that offer
Welp, if they want to be sheep, so be it. If this carries on much longer I'm sure it will be more openly accepted. Especially after they find out who's going to be paying for all this fucking aid they are spitting
Just to chime in with an earlier comment, hearts and minds are really the only way to win this
Like if John Q. Public wonโt hide you when the ABCโs come through, youโre SOL
No shit right. I know some in my neighborhood would without a doubt. But I have a long history of helping the old folks. But only some, I know others who absolute hate me for not following their city slicker ways hahaha
Would be a good idea to start a campaign to get some people thinking were alright. Especially with the shit journalists deeming us domestinf terrorists and shit
As far as getting people met up f2f in this state seems like a drive to get anyone to a location, especially one that might be able to be used for any besides a general coffee break. Anyone have any ideas? I understand the safety of everyone is quite important, and some ideas have been spit balled elsewhere. Just curious if anyone has any ideas in this state?
Makes it harder to meet up with restaurants being closed... not to bring that up since thatโs a dead horse of a topic
The meeting up is a dead horse, or the restaurant? Always takeout and a park, or trail. There are options lol
Are yโall in any other communities? Cars, jeeps?
The restaurant.
Cause I know everyone is pissed about our whole shitshow of a closed state
Me no. I drive a truck, but it's just a work truck
Yeah. It is pretty crappy. But on the bright side it's not new York ๐
I just know that was a thought to piggyback off of a meeting that already existed
Honestly man Iโm close to the border and Illinois has it dramatically worse
I gotcha, ya I don't know of many. I'm in the general Madison area, so not much is going on here. Oh shit, your down there ๐๐
Iโm over near the river, everythingโs just quiet but aside from places being closed itโs life as normal right now
For me with more people being in it's actually better for me ๐ but I'm an introvert. One sad thing about being an introvert is knowing people to get into the cause haha
Yeah redpilling is a slow process that you canโt hurry
But around here there are a lot more people that think like me than I would think being in a college area
Im introverted too, my routine barely changed
Around here it's retarded as fuck. Yeah, there is no expedient way to redpill. And some will never swallow it, ever
Yeah I feel for you, Madison is a mess with a bunch of re re libs, like I couldnโt take working there
College kids are bad enough
I live and work here ๐ rarely go downtown though unless work requires it. I just rock my straight pipesmd diesel and say fuck everyone one of y'all green bastards!
Milwaukee here
Welcome Milwaukee!
Milwaukee resident as well, former ANG 68W. Check out my posts on the medical board if you're interested in how to save a life.
God, reminds me of first aid courses lol. Just wish they went more hands on for it. Only got to play with pressure/bandages and tqs. But I suppose chest seals and packing are fairly self explanatory. Although, I saw your picture about packing/sealing and tqs. I've heard at times, if you might cause damage trying to pack a wound, like in the neck area, that a chest seal would be a better option
@wings Chest seals are all about restoring vacuum pressure to the lungs. I'm not sure they'd be as effective on a neck wound. Pack a neck wound if you can, but don't cut off blood to the brain in the process.
That's why I wasn't terribly sure. It was mentioned in regarded to being super close to a artery going through the neck I believe. Eh, fuck it just tq it ๐
@wings There's always that one guy who tries to TQ a neck wound.๐คช
Donโt put a chest seal on a neck wound.
Pack it with gauze.
An occlusive on the neck would really only be used for a lacerated large vessel on the neck to avoid a possible air embolism.
Perhaps
So what do you guys think about Ever's May 24th extension to the Safer At Home order? It's well past the 60 days mandated by the WI Constitution.
Just hearing his name is enough to piss me off. If they were honest about the death toll ECT, eh, I'd still be against it. Because if they were actually honest, the numbers would be a whole hell of a lot lower ๐
I can understand shutting down restaurant seating areas and stuff still, hell, I manage a sub shop and weโve been unseasonably busy for all the students having left town
But on either side of me is a hair salon or a tattoo shop and man, they havenโt worked in a month and a half, and I worry about their ability to stay open
However I donโt get all the fucking twits cutting up their Costco and menards cards, theyโre just covering their ass as a business
What pisses me off the most, is all this safety bullshit could be handled by business owners, without extreme orders and constitutional infringements
Granted our state isn't terrible, there is obviously much worse. But all the same
Yeah, now I also do understand that they have to try to manage the lowest common denominator, and that bar gets preeety low
To me the biggest problem is them lying about who dies of covid. They are deeming covid deaths to people who didn't even have it
^ thereโs an assisted living about twenty minutes from me that comprises all the deaths in our county and most of the positive tests
Itโs like when New York came out and admitted most of their deaths had underlying conditions
You mean died of other conditions and not the virus? Pennsylvania had to drop over 200 off their list because they got caught lying. And that's just the ones that are known
Or the virus made their COPD, or whatever worse, yeah, what you said
Sorry, kinda a derp at this hour
Hell some states are including head injuries and shit. Any kind of death. Don't worry bud, me to. Especially my fingers, I'm fighting with auto correct like a mothafucka right now
Yeah, May 12th is the end of the 60 days for the emergency order. Something's gotta give. I'm interested to see what the state legislature is going to do with the lawsuit.
They said he went through some other means to get it to go past the deadline "legally" I don't remember exactly though, I don't think I saved the article
DHS is trying to pull a fast one on us.
https://newstalk1130.iheart.com/featured/common-sense-central/content/2020-04-17-the-evers-administrations-new-safer-at-home-order-is-totally-unlawful/
Isn't he bringing in some people to help him keep power to? Damnit I need to start saving these articles I read!
Suh dudes
@wings whereโd you read that one? Im intrigued
