Good I guess...
In the context of men's rights pretty shit tho. Lost my custody case. Made a formal complaint regarding judge lying. Complaint was rejected.
Putting most my energy into investigating methods of fixing the system. Mostly just spinning my wheels, but at least it keeps me busy
No, not really. I've tried going public (locally) with my story.. but all any unaffiliated people can see is a raging Dead beat dad, trying to get out of child support.
Feel like that was the wrong box
I'm happy to push back a few months.
You have sitches picture
(-:
I played Traveller once. But I'm not very good at p&p.i prefer strict rules over freeform story telling
Maybe it depends on the group tho
Topic?
Maybe be easier to ask if anyone doesn't
IMHO: it's not that it's bad, it's that it's not fallout. Fallout is a story driven rpg. 76 is not.
Speaks to a larger problem in the industry of trying to use popular titles to drive sells, without regard to sticking to the original concept.
I think a good fix would be for developer companies to brand their company name harder than the game title name. If "new from XYZ studios..." Pulled similar weight as "here's the next fallout.." then they could have made the game they wanted and not branded it as the next fallout.
Not sure about studies... But it ties into the people vs things argument. People speak languages, things speak math
I've had a few Facebook arguments that say otherwise. If you talking to a older parent who already snipped get kids, it's going to be rather difficult to get them recognize they did something wrong.
This functions as a pressure to have the people on the discord effectively "sort by new"?
I agree
Pretty good flow of people
Does anyone have any insight regarding the upcoming documentary Man Down? ://mandownthedocumentary.com
Yes... But maybe someone knows about the film maker
"If heโs begging her forgiveness we donโt know what he did. She could be in the right." Is correct. It's not really right for us to speculate either way
Anyone know if I should consider the legality of scraping a public database in order to aggregate all the local family court cases? I did a bit a googling on the subject, but found nothing definitive
alright guys, I just wanted to follow up on what I said earlier, questioning legality of scraping data from a public database of cases. I made an attempt, got some preliminary data stored, then tried to refine that data and the site went down. Thought it might be coincidence at first, the the site came back up, with the specific section my bot was accessing still down (and with a 404 error this time, meaning it wasn't broken, but that the sysadmin removed that functionality).
Now that specific section is back up, but it has re-vamped images (different from the other sections).. which says to me they altered it somehow.
I guess I just wanted to tell someone incase this is a bad move on my part...
given the limited amount of access my bot was taking, and it's slowness, it would seem unlikely to actually cause server error or down time. I've noted in the past the site seems specifically set up to make it difficult to search in any way that would reveal negative trend data (IE. can't search by judge to see if X judge is ruling horribly all the time, can't search by case type, meaning I can't find all the divorce cases). I definitely think they have something to hide if they are trying to block me from aggregating data that would revel information about family law cases...
We'll play digital cat and mouse for now. I just hope they don't try and make some trumped up legal charge to stop me.
thanks
Good choice, removing that one.
I've stated a wiki page that chronologs shared parenting bills by state and year (US only right now, sorry). I've completed 13 bills so far and believe I have come up with a pretty good format, but it's rather time consuming and difficult to gather the information on this topic. Many state bills don't have any press about them, as they are either new or not popular enough. Can I get anyone who wants to donate some time to help me with research and contributing to this wiki article? PM or @ me here (I have notifications off most of the time).
