But at the end of the day, they are judges and can rule how they want.
So they could just trump that thought-process and rule to throw out the election

I'm not sure if the Supreme Court did or if it was a lower court.
One big worry I have is that if the conservative justices, even the ones Trump appointed, rule against us, most conservatives will assume that they were bought off or are not real conservatives.
Because that's not necessarily true.
For instance, even though I'm against gay marriage, I don't think the Supreme Court was necessarily wrong in it's decision in June 2015, Constitutionally speaking. The Equal Protections Clause has to give equal protections and rights to all, so you can't have marriage benefits for some and not for others. The shady issue becomes the definition of marriage, so it's a decision that could go either way, it's not as open-and-shut of a case as most conservatives would think.
And just this past summer 2020, Roberts ruled with the liberal justices about extending federal discrimination protection to sexual orientation and gender identity. Conservatives were up in arms about that decision, but why shouldn't that protection be there ?
You can't really use the Bible as an arguement in the Supreme Court, especially if you wanna keep religion and government separate.

But the reason it had to be was because there was a lawsuit because apparently they were being discriminated against.
So their ruling basically interepreted the law as encompassing sexual orientation in the group of human-beings.
It might've be covered in the law already, but parties suing didn't think so since they were being discriminated against in jobs or whatever.
I don't know the full details, but obviously some kind of discrimination was alleged
I just mean that laws are often broken, regardless if they're already law.
So even though all humans should be under the umbrella of discrimination laws, if a case is brought saying that those laws were broken, then the ruling has to decide on what the intrepretation is

Because the "seating" of the electors happens on 12/8/2020 @ Noon.
That's what the safe-harbor deadline was about
Basically, after the deadline, the Congress can then vote to throw-out certain electors.

Meaning that it'll give the Supreme Court 3 hours to decide whether to stay the seating of the PA electors.
They're saying Alito has the right to unilaterally stay the electors being seated temporarily
And then refer it to the whole court
Or he could immediately refer it to the full court
It's possible they were fine at the time they were appointed, but they've had 15 years to become corrupted or bought-off.

There's apparently a similar case in Georgia. So if SCOTUS stays the seating of PA's electors, that could cause the other cases to move very quickly to the SCOTUS, possibly within hours before the deadline tomorrow
It would really be a miracle of God's will that it could happen.

But, the 12/8 isn't the hard deadline, that just ensures that Congress can't "unseat" those electors.
But it has to happen in at least 3 states by tomorrow.
The PA seems sure, but the others that aren't even to the Supreme Court or even the Circuit Court Of Appeals yet, I just doubt they can be pushed through each court in 3 hours
This is gonna come down to Congress I believe, and then the Supreme Court can still decide something between now, or even after the 14th, and after the 6th. Supreme Court has alot of power.
But this will be a civil war either way. I mean, SCOTUS could invalidate the election, but the other side could still refuse that order and still send their electors anyhow.
Or the SCOTUS might have to nullify after they vote, or even after the votes are counted on January 6th, 2021, and they could refuse whatever SCOTUS decides, which will be a total Constitutional crisis.
I mean, I do believe we're close to the end of this age, my personal opinion.
So I could see how this could be the start of things.

But I'll tell you one thing that I firmly believe, is that part of our humbling process, the world's humbling process, in transitioning between mankind's rule and God's rule, involves removing our faith and trust in every EVERYTHING that's not God. Think about that this 2020 election is doing, we're not having faith in our system anymore, in our leaders, in almost everything.
And at the same time, God is more and more exposing physical truth about what's going on in this nation and the world
Every other election, these things weren't exposed that much, but now it's totally different.
That certainly is an interesting duality if God put that language in there for that.
I don't think that's the only purpose for it, but God often workes in duality or more meanings.

@President-Elect The-Big-Hurt For me, it's not necessarily condemning if Biden wins, it's more about showing what responses will follow from such a result. Maybe it will be used to expose even more and show the other side what the other side has been saying all along.
I could see how God could use either result to expose things.
I'll tell you what though, I'm inspired by how many prayer vigils I've seen held online from all kinds of YouTube channells.
That are wanting to put this in God's hands, which is a good sign.
Although maybe not fully, cuz alot of their prayers I'm sure is for Trump to remain president, but they're assuming that it's God's will.
