If I look out into an ocean and look into the horizon if the earth was flat I could see the other side and all of its topography. With the curvature of the earth it simply dips below my angle of vision

#2 we have photo evidence with cameras in the sky that shows the earths curvature

#3 I could walk off the edge of the earth if it was flat. #3 B if you don’t believe in that for whatever reason, there is documentation of planes using paths of curvature to plot their course properly. If a plane were to fly in a straight line, it would end up far below its intended target.
