I.e. position of sun, existence of border, disc or square, what's beneath, what's above, light and gravity and a lot of stuff

Also, the suns size, when it is dusk or dawn, the sun is huge, when it is midday the sun is tiny.

By information theory, there as many unique models of the earth we can created which will fit 100% all our current observations as there are combinations of information held by all such observations.

So neither flat earth nor round earth can exhaustively conclude that it is the only correct model
