Right well if that were the case we’d all be dead

If the earth stopped spinning, the atmosphere would still be going as the same spin rate the earth was going, we would all begin to float up into the atmosphere including buildings and pretty much everything you see

And we wouldn’t have a sky, maybe we would, but we wouldn’t have a night or a day only 1

If the earth isn’t spinning around the sun, then time wouldn’t be a concept
