i believe that islam was an ok religion at the time of its creation with progressive beliefs but due to vagueness and fundamentalism it has become quite divided and more radical. I believe that most muslims especially in the west have views that conflict between what they are told and what they have seen. im sure that many have been told that the west is evil and that israel is working against the ideals and followers of islam. but also many see that the west is the most technologically advanced , tolerant, intelligent and ethical out of all other civilizations. I think that many elites and islamists want to radicalize most muslims using many different tactics to get them to hate the west. this causes weird situations where there are people in a country that either are ok with western values and dont support islamists, love western values, call islamists non muslims and deny that many portions of islam are radicalized due to perversion throughout the agesor that there is a powerful force trying to use them to dismantle the west through hatred and there are muslims who hate the west support islamists and dont care who knows. imo the christianity and islam have caused alot of suffering, death and iconoclasm just by themselves probably more than all the other religions but i think christianity has reformed and became more modern compared the islam. its quite obvious this happened because christianity evolved with the principles of the west since they all followed it and islam didn't (as much?) .
