I don't see why it'd matter what you remember in regards to psychiatric therapy

I mean, it could help, but I highly doubt you not remembering exactly how the accident occurred stops treament

if you can't afford it or don't trust them, try to do some of it yourself

the more you expose yourself to what triggers you, the more you'll overcome the issue

so if you can get in an empty parking lot with a friend or something

and just have them turn corners slowly and within view of the rest of the lot

that'd probably help to do that a lot
