Ted Talks and TEDx are constantly used in college classes. Especially on the social science sides. They have quite a reputation for good content overall, this just seems a bit over the top. My opinion.

maybe it should be something they pay a bit more attention to, since it can obviously be used against them. What happens when a white supremacist gives a speech under the TEDx name?

I'm a middle school history teacher, and I see that bs all day long

well I do employ somethings I learned in the military into my classroom

so I intimidate students until they get to know me

very cool

well I'm loud, many kids aren't used to that

I use certain behaviors to drive home points

and I don't back down

and I teach them to be assertive

well if they come up with completely ideological answers I ask them to expand on that

I had to debate a trans activist on biology once in a college classroom

basically, I just quoted biology to the individual, and the definition given by the APA on Gender Dysphoria

I graduated at age 40

so I was about 39 at this time
