Has anyone read 'Kill the Boer' by Ernst Roets?

I wanted to hear your opinion before buying the book

Hello everyone. I'm from India and recently watched Roets get misrepresented in parliament. Post that fiasco, I found Renaldo and Roets in a discussion that I quite enjoyed. I have followed Renaldo on and off since then and sometimes respectfully disagree. I do believe that having a civil debate with those you may sometimes disagree with is absolutely important, especially in this day and age. In this spirit I joined this discord hoping to educate myself and perhaps make some friends.
I apologize for not releasing my name but after a couple of doxing threats made against me, I keep it under wraps.

I think more jobs and better education could solve the problem.

If you focus on the economy and improve schooling systems you might have a declining crime rate.

Vierkleur is the flag he should have used. Would have lent much more creedance to his argument.

Think about it

It's much easier for people to attack him as a racist for using the wrong flag. The apartheid era flag. If he had used the flag of the Boers in the Boer wars he could have built a much stronger defense against racism claims.

I don't mind any of the flags but I'm just saying that it was perhaps unwise to use the flag he did. This is because people will often dismiss your argument for simply being racist.

I like his arguments and don't want him to be another strawman target.

I was shocked at how corrupt, intellectually, many SA media people are. Like the one guy on the radio show who accused Roets of defending the apartheid era.

I've been strawamanned and accused of defending the apartheid era as well for saying that the ANC were terrorists and Mandela was a part of this organisation.

In the sphere of public debate and opinion formulation, you must give as little ammunition to the other side as possible.

Especially when the other side is ideologically possessed.

@Deleted User lol. Yeah, I have a tendency to explain fully, partially out of fear of being misunderstood or worse.

@Cal hesitant to talk of them. People often associate them with the fascist parties and call those who support them fascist.
I don't support them completely but I can see why they are so popular. Hindus are often discriminated and treated like shit. They are told they are scum and we can't talk of the genocide and ethnic cleansings the Islamic regimes perpetrated. If you are a moderate like me and argue for a more reformed but hardcore Hindi movement, they just brand you a saffron terrorist.
I am a devout Hindu but am more focused on the intellectual part of the movement and am a stubborn capitalist.
All the while the media is dominated by lefties who support communists. The communists also act with impunity in the state they rule and once ruled. You almost never hear of the crimes committed against Hindus yet we as a whole are held responsible for some crackpots none of us support or even like.

@GTollini I was just making a case for being a bit wiser strategically. From what I have seen in SA media they are quick to paint you with a certain brush the moment you say anything positive about the Apartheid era.

It strikes me that the journalists are terribly undereducated in your nation.
