I figured out how to use CHIRP and have successfully loaded channels

No targets there, being your own. Im bringing a few. Pack food and dress for the weather. Bring rubber boots if you have them. Its nickname "mudhole" is well deserved.

I dont have a clue for the 27th day at the capital. That building is very big and I highly doubt anyone will be stuck outside due to crowd size.

As for the range day on the 29th. It's an outdoor range and there are no buildings nearby. Dress for the weather. I'm anticipating maybe a dozen people there?
