Flutterkicks, if you put your hands under your butt and use your foreams to support your self, as shown in the photo, then count off to yourself for however many you want. Usually done in a 3 count to a candence, or you can hold the positions at 6 inches or 12 inches, or full extension with your legs at a 90 degree angle to you

Or cockroaches, where you lay on your back with your arms and legs starting fully extended to thse sky, then hold. If you are not feeling anything then move your limbs out like a starfish until you "feel the burn" and hold for a given amount of time
Cockroaches you hold, flutterkicks you can hold or do repetitions, just find out what works
And most importantly, have fun with it

There are two primary categories ig for muscle
Endurance and strength
Both are linked, but different
Endurance is you can go longer, while strength is you can hold more
Like if I had high endurance for my arms, I can push out a ton of push ups
But might not be able to lift any more than what I am when doing push ups
But if you have a lot of strength, chances are you can do lighter loads longer as well
Like RN I can crank out 35-40 push ups without warming up. But I can't really do that many pull ups, only did flex arm hang for HS gym
So just find what works
Also, contact your healthcare provider before starting a training regimen and all that.
And try to get in to contact with a trainer or someone like that or has way more experience than I do. Only a 17 yo high schooler
