Lee Enfield No. 4 with Scope <:ahegao:462286952335671296>
I just personally find that older firearms are nicer to look at than newer ones. Lee Enfield is one of my favourite rifles.
Also the Thorneycroft, one of the first bullpup rifles ever made.

Good madam, I must inquire as to the nature of your sexual preferences, as I believe - with reasonable evidence provided by your presence on my show - that you are actually a homosexual, and I am interested in learning more about your alignment.

Yes daddy
How can anyone find happiness if they won't let their partner brutally punish and dominate them?
Burn it
I miss Dead Space. Childhood memories <:PeepoHurt:621868040450998282>
I hate what they did to Ellie Langford. She was a badass in Dead Space 2 and then she was a whiney cheating bitch in Dead Space 3 <:why:462286147473637407>
Ah yea fair. It just annoys me that they did her character dirty just for the sake of putting a love triangle in a horror game for christ's sake <:angrypepe:497157904743268363>
Because I remember reading that the plan for DS4 was to have Ellie as the protagonist, which might have worked with a post-DS2 Ellie but her character was ruined too much in DS3 for it to work, I feel.
Japan legit used Bubonic Plague as a weapon against China during WWII.

No, I'm British
That's a Nagamaki, not a Nodachi
Odachi/Nodachi are extremely clumsy and poorly-weighted weapons compared to similar European weapons like Zweihanders.
Read my post again
Every source I've seen would say that Nodachi had worse weight balance than Katanas. The reason Japanese weapons like this have such poor weighting is largely because they have no distal taper, which is where the blade becomes thinner as it gets closer to the tip. With a proportionally longer blade like that of the Nodachi, the effect is much more pronounced. Nagamaki were better due to their having a much longer handle for leverage, although they are also - by some accounts - more difficult to wield than a Katana or Nodachi.
@Coolitic A Nodachi's handle is longer yes, but so is the whole weapon. A Nodachi typically did not have a longer handle *proportional to its overall length* than a Katana. They were roughly the same.
Again, you're probably thinking of a Nagamaki

Australia was found by the British in 1777, so it was just beginning to be settled
The reason it became a penal colony was because Massachussetts was the original British penal colony, and it had to be replaced after the revolution.
But yea, the British Empire after 1783 turned its focus away from America and towards India and Australia - and later Africa - which allowed it to grow stronger than it had been before the American Revolution. Some people even distinguish the pre-1783 Empire as the "First British Empire" and the post-1783 Empire as the "Second British Empire". Indeed, it was after the defeat of Napoleon in 1815 that the British Empire was left with no major rivals and grew to its zenith of power and hegemony.

Just use self-destruct. It removes her skirt.
At least a trap makes an effort to look feminine, unlike most modern women.
As soon as womb transplants become a thing, women are going to become obsolete. I greatly anticipate the day.

Nicholas II was forced by his advisors to support Serbia against Austria, despite not wanting the war himself. He even made a direct phone call to Wilhelm II *begging* him not to support Austria's claim so to avoid their nations ending up at war.
Serbia was actually very lenient. When Austria sent them the final ultimatum, Serbia agreed to every single demand except for allowing Austrian police to operate in Serbian lands.
Replace the redheads with blacks? What are you, a Disney executive?

I read Artemis by Andy Weir not too long ago. It's pretty good, I think.
Realistically, a heavily spacefaring civilisation would have the ability to build space habitats so well that planets become practically unnecessary.
Why would you want to live on a planet when you can easily replicate the environment in a habitat?
You don't need planets to harvest materials, you only need asteroids and smaller bodies that are much easier to harvest.
Yes Luci, those aren't difficult to replicate for a far-future civilisation
An asteroid has all the ingredients needed to make the things you need.
Well, maybe several asteroids.
Asteroids have different compositions and aren't all the same by any means.
@Thundermark Space Battleship Yamato does this. The aliens just sit at Pluto and re-direct asteroids into Earth occasionally.
Space travel is possible now fren
Ah I see
You could brute-force it with engines or use giant magnets to move metallic asteroids.
I mean, it's possible to move an entire star system with nothing but a mirror.
Why bother with realistic sci fi anyways? I just want to draw space demon waifus.
