The Republicans are right to abolish the estate tax. Itโ€™s an incredibly inefficient tax that generates negligible revenue. The only justification for it is โ€œspoiled rich kids donโ€™t deserve money they didnโ€™t earn.โ€ Which is sorta true, but itโ€™s also true about all windfall gains (lottery, striking oil on your property, etc.)

2017-11-07 03:04:10 UTC

We need less gun control not more

2017-11-07 03:04:18 UTC

Theyโ€™re infringing on my rights already

2017-11-07 03:04:54 UTC

Those Jewish cucks and their gun control

2017-11-07 03:06:08 UTC

heres how you fix gun control

2017-11-07 03:06:28 UTC

one, remove literally all the gun control laws and replace them with a very basic list of prohibited persons

2017-11-07 03:06:39 UTC

two, solve the actual causes of crime

2017-11-07 03:09:13 UTC

Guns donโ€™t kill people

2017-11-07 03:09:17 UTC

steven crowder interviews the good guy with a gun

2017-11-07 03:34:29 UTC

He used an AR-15 to stop the shooter

2017-11-07 03:35:13 UTC

The Clowardโ€“Piven strategy is a political strategy ...that called for overloading the U.S. public welfare system in order to precipitate a crisis that would lead to a replacement of the welfare system with a national system of "a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty".

2017-11-07 03:35:24 UTC

What a fucking great idea amirite?

2017-11-07 03:36:11 UTC

AR-15? I get that the guy stopped the shooting but he couldโ€™ve destroyed an entire city block

2017-11-07 03:36:18 UTC

it sounds like communism with extra steps

2017-11-07 03:36:19 UTC

Normal citizens shouldnโ€™t have RPGs

2017-11-07 03:36:51 UTC

AK 15s were used in Vietnam to burn down jungles correct?

2017-11-07 03:37:52 UTC

@DanConway exactly

2017-11-07 03:40:19 UTC

it's essentially part of a revolutionary utopian vision

2017-11-07 03:40:45 UTC

Now they're saying it might have been some sort of intra-family feud

2017-11-07 03:42:19 UTC

The craziest part is that this strategy was actually implemented to some degree beginning in 66

2017-11-07 03:42:43 UTC

the new deal

2017-11-07 03:42:55 UTC

it all goes back to FDR

2017-11-07 03:43:45 UTC

the idea that ypu can "create jobs" started with his policy

2017-11-07 03:44:54 UTC

I'm just talking about the notion of intentionally causing crisis within governmental organizations.

2017-11-07 03:45:31 UTC

specifically the welfare system

2017-11-07 03:47:00 UTC

thats what i mean it all started with FDR era

2017-11-07 03:47:11 UTC

the original progressives

2017-11-07 03:47:42 UTC

well damn, not sure what you mean but I'm very interested

2017-11-07 03:48:55 UTC

"The New Deal produced a political realignment, making the Democratic Party the majority (as well as the party that held the White House for seven out of the nine Presidential terms from 1933-69). With its base in liberal ideas, the South, traditional Democrats, big city machines, and the newly empowered labor unions and ethnic minorities. The Republicans were split, with conservatives opposing the entire New Deal as an alleged enemy of business and growth, and liberals accepting some of it and promising to make it more efficient."

2017-11-07 03:50:02 UTC

I'm wondering what aspect of the new deal was intended to generate crisis, or if you're saying it did regardless of intention.

2017-11-07 03:51:59 UTC

it all started with FDR

2017-11-07 03:52:16 UTC

Seems like a suspicious rationale, that's for sure.

2017-11-07 03:53:28 UTC

"stalling economic growth" especially

2017-11-07 03:53:35 UTC

im trying to figure out if the problem started with FDR

2017-11-07 03:54:00 UTC

or if it was Theodore Roosevelt that was the real problem

2017-11-07 03:54:32 UTC

he expanded the federal ownership of land in the US

2017-11-07 04:05:31 UTC

Oh sweet god my forex portfolio is finally going back up

2017-11-07 04:12:51 UTC

Or maybe it's all George Washington's fault

2017-11-07 04:12:56 UTC

Louder with crowder. Lol

2017-11-07 05:46:41 UTC

Whyโ€™d you even watch that shit

2017-11-07 05:49:36 UTC

Crowder's alright

2017-11-07 05:52:18 UTC

Not really.

2017-11-07 05:52:36 UTC

Some of it. Maybe. But overall. No

2017-11-07 05:53:18 UTC

He made a good point about gun control which I have seenplay out very much with my own family which is that many people just think guns look scary even though they have no problems with carbines.

2017-11-07 05:53:42 UTC

Obviously thats not every gun control advocate, but I see it all to often to be ignored

2017-11-07 05:53:53 UTC

aside from that and amy schumer

2017-11-07 05:53:59 UTC

I haven't seen much from him

2017-11-07 05:54:42 UTC

And I'm talking about guns that are the same as carbines except for the mechanism that reloads it is different, but have a bout the same fire rate.

2017-11-07 05:55:21 UTC

He plays too much into party politics. Heโ€™s literally mainstream media but indie

2017-11-07 05:56:00 UTC

He is much more credible than most MSM

2017-11-07 05:56:12 UTC

He is definitely a conservative

2017-11-07 05:56:22 UTC

Low bar.

2017-11-07 05:56:30 UTC

Whatever

2017-11-07 05:56:36 UTC

I respect his style

2017-11-07 05:56:59 UTC

He tries to come with facts to support his arguments and seems legitimately open to other ideas

2017-11-07 05:57:27 UTC

His bias is there, but he doesn't try to hide it or lie about it

2017-11-07 05:57:43 UTC

A self serving conservative though. He doesnโ€™t seem as interested in improving his own group as much as just discredit the other one

2017-11-07 05:57:50 UTC

He presents a very reasonable conservative position

2017-11-07 05:58:14 UTC

Well there is a lot to criticize idk

2017-11-07 05:59:32 UTC

I haven't found a more insightful conservative voice

2017-11-07 05:59:42 UTC

Though I need to look more into Ben Shapiro

2017-11-07 06:00:20 UTC

I prefer Ben Shapiro, although I'm not a huge fan, but he makes good arguments, especially against SJWs.

2017-11-07 06:00:34 UTC

Self critique is important if you want genuine improvement.

2017-11-07 06:00:47 UTC

I'm not even looking for someone I strongly agree with

2017-11-07 06:01:10 UTC

Just people with some intellectual rigor and curiosity

2017-11-07 06:01:21 UTC

And different perspectives

2017-11-07 06:01:33 UTC

I know weโ€™re on sargons discord but heโ€™s not much better

2017-11-07 06:01:55 UTC

Who passes your bar then?

2017-11-07 06:02:26 UTC

In the English media? Genuinely. No one person.

2017-11-07 06:03:04 UTC

No one worth watching?

2017-11-07 06:04:05 UTC

No one is interested in actual politics. More afraid of the big bad sjw. Meanwhile the nhs is being sold off to private investors and whatnot.

2017-11-07 06:04:52 UTC

You can watch who you want but barely anyone touches on anything valuable and if they do. Generally it plays into party politics

2017-11-07 06:08:32 UTC

Trying to find ideologically pure people to watch is a fruitless endeavor

2017-11-07 06:08:37 UTC

Well I'm American

2017-11-07 06:09:01 UTC

It isn't about finding someone who agrees with you totally it's finding rational people and comparing their arguments and coming to your own conclusions

2017-11-07 06:09:03 UTC

And I find party politics fascinating if frustrating

2017-11-07 06:09:34 UTC

If you take someone else's opinion as holy writ you're no better than the normies
