ASLO, we need a music channel
I have suggested that a few times
some dank trump/synth/fash/* wave
Sadly, drugs are more of a bandaid to mental health issues. They definitely help. Without working through the base issue causing the problems in the first place, youโll need more and more drugs.
Anyone with mental health issues still matters. Iโll joke like everyone else on here, but truly all life has value. Avoiding anyone with mental issues just leads those individuals to depression and suicide. And thatโs not the way we want our society to go.
I don't think we should exterminate people except for a crime. If you have mental health issues you need help. Of course we should also not use mental illness as an excuse for crime either.
@Iakovos I dont see anything inherently "wrong" with personality disorders. I've thought a lot about how we can fix society and the liberal concepts, liberal not leftist there is a decent difference, that are being used in Law Enforcement are interesting.
They are seeking to do more rehab and way more efficient probation and psuedo counseling to help people. Things like resilience training in the Army and self improvement programs need to be taught in school at least. Just having more people get involved with people around them could fix a lot of these small criminal and behavioral issues.
Its not helping that they dismantled the mental health facilities. But the probation stuff is making me realize it would be way cheaper and more efficient if we were to rebuild it in some fashion.
For serious mental/physical disorders though forced castration. We have more than enough people than to abide retards making more retards.
One flaw in teaching liberal concepts though is leftist infiltration and commandeering. It would need to be result based and not feeling based.
Is it sad that people still defend the Last Jedi as a good film?

~ A hardcore star wars fan
^ Me pointing out how bad the film is.
As a hardcore Star Wars fan, that film was horrible.
I've taken writing classes and write as a hobby. Everything in that film is crap from a writing standpoint.
The effects, sound and most of the acting is good. But the story is crap
As someone who has been writing a novel series, itโs really bad writing.
Subversions just to subvert expectations do not work.
Adam Driver really stood out I admit. but he along with everyone else had a bad story to work with.
Finn, who I thought had great potential as a character was ruined in this film for laughs.
Rey is weakened as a character and Poe....... He got his balls cut off
Adam Driver is truly wasted potential. Heโs not a bad actor, but he certainly feels wasted by the bad writing.
Rey was essentially fulfilled to be a Mary Sue right down to the last detail.
yep. The second film is supposed to beat the hero down, make then feel real and that they can be hurt. None of that happens
Also, Poe would have been such a good character along the lines of Wedge Antillies, but he was pretty much turned into the punching bag in the film.
I honestly believe they created Rose (asian chick) to get Finn off Rey so they could do the Rey/Kylo relationship.
That and they needed a diversity hire to sell to China only to see the film bomb in China.
tell me about it ๐ ๐ ๐
Its even funnier when you realize her family is from Vietnam
R I P
The nation that after beating the US, killed 20,000 chinese in a 4 month war.
The nation that China has always secretly hated.
Finn, could have been great. he in a sense is a child soldier having been raised to fight and the First Order being all he knows. But he acts and behaves like everyone else in the film like he's Han Solo for crying out loud
Plus I give major props to the actor. The guy spends more time interacting with fans and children then anyone else.
Yep. I honestly feel bad for him. I donโt hate the actors, but I really hate the writers and director(s) for these new films.
yeah. Episode 9 will sick or save the series
The franchise was already a sinking ship when Disney bought it. It was a matter of time before the thing began capsizing.
it my have been sicking, but at least the fanbase could still love it
Now I feel bitterness towards it in its current form
I miss watching The Clone Wars on Saturday Nights when I was 13 -18
Honestly, I abandoned ship back around 2014 and just kept an eye on it with a good few thousand others.
Also, I loved the Clone Wars.
Top-tier series.
yeah. they really got good. Rebels is ok with major flaws. You can feel the disney on it when it comes to the battles.
I pray that the last season of Clone Wars is good
Theyโre pretty much going off of the storyboard ideas before the axed the series.
Also, Rebels was bad. I watched the premiere and I did not like it.
I watched all 4 seasons. The best episodes are ones when Clone Wars characters are involved.
in season 2 Rex joined the team
and Ashoka fought Vader.
but the series has good moments..... and not good stories
*Insert then stealing fruit here.*
The best episode of the whole show is about the rebels crew hanging out with a bunch of old Clones. Kanan (the Jedi) hates them.
Then in the next episode Rex and Kanan have to work together and there's some character stuff. but the rebels never outgrow the older character's shadows.
In the season 2 final, I'm not cheering for Kanan and Ezra, I'm cheering for Ashoka and Maul
Thatโs pretty sad, if you ask me.
You should be cheering for the new characters, but they simply pale in comparison to the characters who come along later in the series.
The only "New" villain that grows into his own in rebels is Thrawn. The season 3 and 4 villain. But that's largely because he's a fan favorite EU character.
He kicks the heroes butts in the season 3 final but does very little in the end.
Yeah, I really am disappointed with his portrayal in the show.
in short Rebels is 20% good, 60% meh, 20% garbage.
Thrawn is literally a mastermind genius who has been used by pro-Imperial fans as their idol character.
I love him as a character (looks over at self with 3 versions of the classic Thrawn novels
The Thrawn Trilogy is a masterpiece of writing.
Easily one of the best novel series in modern sci-fi.
yeah. apparently the new thrawn books written by the same guy set before Rebels are really good too. With Thrawn outwitting and earning the respect of Vader
Well, yeah, Timothy Zahn is the best writer they can get at this point. The problem is that heโs working with far weaker writers like Chuck โAnyone who criticizes my novels is a Homophobeโ Wendig.
But, either way, Iโve simply boycotted buying most of the stuff anyways.
yeah. I will say that the Star Wars Comics have been good.
Darth Vadar is great
I donโt really look at the comics Michu
Much
All of marval's non SJW writers went there I think. Because that's when Maval comics got crap and SJW when Star Wars started up
O O F
100,000 dislikes.
No one could have dreamed that Star Wars would end up being this disliked...
Man has Disney ever thought of hiring a second artist? Their cartoons have been drawn the same as far back as I can remember
yikes..... don't even get me started...... This is the first Star Wars show project with none of the clone Wars people at the helm and it shows
The trailer is bad and the argument everyone is using is โitโs a kidโs show.โ
The other shows were kids shows
Hell the first one was basic as hell but had great story and reception.
Absolute Chad
>Be Lincoln.
>Run for President.
>Say you want to intentionally infringe on the rights of the states and new territories to prevent them from "expanding slavery."
>Southern States call you out on this and claim such an act is tyrannical.
>Ignore them.
>Win while only getting 39% of the national vote in a four-way election and claiming only the Northern States.
>Southern States secede, determining that Lincoln is not serving for the best interests of the South.
>Same states send you numerous requests to go to the negotiating table to come up with a compromise.
>Refuse all requests.
>South Carolina then demands the Island Fort Sumter is on to be returned to them, since they are not a part of the Union anymore.
>Ignore them and resupply the fort, continuing the occupation of the fort in defiance of South Carolina's demand.
>Fort Sumter is fired upon and seized without any casualties and surrendered formally to South Carolina with the only deaths resulting from an accident unrelated to the bombardment.
>Call for 75,000 troops afterwards to "crush a rebellion."
>Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Arkansas secede after the call of troops, determining the action to be tyrannical and a direct threat to their sovereignty and their people's rights.
>Proceed to carry out a war you had the power to avoid and result in the deaths of 2-4% of the Country's population, resulting in the decimation of the southern white male population, the destruction of the South's economy, and breeding the next 100 years of racism as a result.
>People in 2018: "LiNcOlN DiDn'T iNsTiGaTe ThE wAr!"
Technically he still didnt
And Fort Sumter would still be the Norths base regardless of who owned South Carolina
No, it wouldn't be.
The island is technically South Carolina's territory and, if they wanted to, they could demand the island back.
Longest historical revisionism I've ever seen
That isn't "historical revisionism." Lincoln only won the Northern States and only got 39% of the national vote. Lincoln was the man in the position of power to prevent the war, but he only further instigated it by refusing any sort of compromise and further driving the nation to war.
Most importantly, Lincoln took the war extremely personally. To him, it was the war he brought about and all of the destruction caused by it was on his shoulders.
Lincoln was not the monster that southern revisionists make him out to be. Nor was the Confederacy some heroic dream of freedom for its people.
No doubt there were good and bad people on both sides.
And good men who did bad things. Bad men who did good things. As there is in every war.
Nor was Lincoln a virtuous saint who did no wrong nor was the Union army the great liberators.
Lincoln is the living incarnation of the old saying "the road to hell is paved with good intentions." He wanted to follow his principles and did so, but all that brought about was the absolute chaos of the war and the next century of social problems for the country.
Has any war ever been different?
No matter the motivation, innocent people die. Ordinary soldiers, and civilians
The difference here was that it was preventable.
Is any war unavoidable?
Nope.
Some aren't.
This one was and it all had to do with who was in charge.
Have you ever read SC's declaration of secession?
I have.
So you know why they broke away
Yes.
