Labor vouchers are not currency because there is no accumulation. When you go to a store and gib labor vouchers, the store does not keep them. There is no excess accumulation. You can't sell shit to get more vouchers, nobody can get rich off of labor vouchers

Currency is something you trade for commodities. Vouchers are fiat traded for commodities
