Well, I'm not. I am happy though these days, and I don't want to not be happy. Sorry I won't meet that expectation, I hope you'll understand.

Nah, I've learned a bit how to avoid longer responses, but I admit it's a long road paved with mistakes.

What makes you happy

Well, it's a few things. (I thought you didn't want to talk to me though?)
-Proper rest and nutrition
-Having a sense of inner peace
-Understanding that happiness is both a mindset and resource, but either way, you have to go out and get it, not wait for it to come to you.

Even though happiness does occur to you on occasion, it isn't often and it's rather short lived. That wasn't enough for me, as I find myself very demotivated each day without.

It isn't an end goal, happiness is only a step towards every other goal you have. Once it becomes normal for you, everything changes.

Not the world mind you, but how you see it.

It might very well be the difference between someone like me and those reliant on an extreme idea to save them.

It's not about what idea to pursue, but perhaps how you feel.

If you are an emotionally stable person who has things under control and you still believe in that, well, it means I have no reason not to take it seriously.
