I'd like to get an annual winter sports retreat going for IE in Colorado.

That would be amazing. Can’t seem to get any of my buddies to commit to a trip like that. At the age where relationships and starting families and work all take precedence over one weekend of fun. I’m all for it. Would before or after New Year’s Eve be ideal?

January or February would be best for snow conditions. That particular timing would place the retreat very close to our annual national conference, but it can't be helped.

Is March necessarily a lock for 2020?

Initial planning for 2020 will almost certainly target March again.

I would definitely be down for a IE ski trip.

Maybe we can do a northeast and out west one. For guys that can only make it to either (or both). One before the new year and one after. Or early January then February.

We can even do snowshoe in WV or seven springs in PA if that’s easier / more centrally located for the east coast guys to get to.

Bromley in VT is nice, if there's enough snow

If anyone is interested in doing something this March I plan on taking my gf to Terry Peak in the black hills of South Dakota. It's nothing like CO or MT but it's pretty nice. My gf has only seen snow once before so I'll be keeping to the bunny slopes so it has the potential to be a very family friendly event. Dm me if you are interested in getting together?
