As someone who loves the sport mentioned in the video to death, the no coaching thing will ruin them. I learned how to read the field not because of coaching in practice, but in game coaching. The U12 level is one of the most important levels IMO because you have started to reach a point where your abilities are growing and need the most attention to fine tune it to preform at the next level. You are robbing these kids of key development because of feelings of maybe 3 kids across the entire league

Several utility companies have pledged to be coal free by 2030. Wind and solar are much cheaper now. Little in the economy really needs to shift.
