In Tim Pool's video, he says other laws like this have been in a few other states for years now, but this "Red Flag" is the first that has it where your firearms get temporarily taken away even if there's no crime.
So because of that I just guessed there was a succession of events.

From the way I see it, one side is a group of assholes who know they're just there for laughs, and the other are moral grandstanders pretending like they're something bigger than they actually are.
