Wow, and here i thought i was done arguing with people about those tweets, as you posting that video from a more reasonable source. I thought hey! maybe people won't just be making foolish statements and just agree or attempt to correct his error.

@Shadows I totally agree that people blew this out of proportion. I think Jordan realizes why that tweets recommendation wouldn’t work in this situation. However it is something to keep in mind for the future:
What do you do when the unreasonable mob protests against someone who you discover is wrong for the position for entirely different reasons? Do you appoint a terrible candidate to spite the mob? (A comment on the video).
I heard several people raise concerns about some of Kavanaugh’s past decisions regarding the 4th amendment.
I also agree with Jordan on exploring when sexual or alcoholic misconduct becomes a judgement problem. My concern is that some people have practically dismissed the content of the allegations as not a problem: ‘who hasn’t done sexual things in high school’; ‘who hasn’t gotten blackout drunk’; ‘can you really trust someone who was a virgin till they were married (I literally heard someone say this).

Just in case i wasn't clear, i don't care about people throwing insults at each other, sometimes its good and can be fun.
Merely that it isn't a very accurate meme and so it shouldn't work well at all (but its the overreaction of the left that makes it work better), but people are free to make fun of whatever they want :)
