@Salacious Swanky Cat you can't cure the diseases. There's no profit in that. Everyone knows that the true path forward is keeping people sick and treating them for a half a century
while i staunchly disagree with doctor assisted suicide, that reasoning is also why that faces such a harsh opposition. The medical industry can mask it as "Life is Sacred" while ensuring that people who are terminally ill are kept alive as long as possible to keep the treatments going. I disagree with it on a moral level, as I would assume most people who you and I talk to as well. But if you think that the medical lobby is opposing it for moral reasons you're out of your mind
This is exactly what I expected from progressive left wing comedy
This guy has a ton of comedian vs. heckler videos. To the point where I think he uses a plant
Seems like this guy is pretty dishonest
@grant
They conspired to commit a felony, so ya, might be a touch dishonest.
BTW: https://youtu.be/Rwt1mVdVLOA
^that's the place were that weird antifa thing entered and threw books on the roof
That's what I thought when I saw that
Ya, I begged them to shoot her next time she came in.
She hasn't come in since then.
that'd be a good way to catch a felony.
for the store personnel
Real good way
And totally called for
as in the store would be justified or that they deserve a felony for shooting her?
She's not allowed in the shop *NOR ON THE PROPERTY* (even though OPD refuses to enforce the *court order*), and based on her behavior to date she intends to return to kill whoever is behind the counter at that moment.
Not a felony. Might be a SERIOUS misdemeanor if the bullet goes through the glass.
what proof do you have that she has intent to kill? i saw the video, and the follow up of them calling the police on her walking through their parking lot
Sarcastically totally called for to shoot someone for no reason and truthfully called for that they'd get a felony for trying to shoot someone for no reason
trespassing on its own in a public facing store is not grounds for execution
@Just for youtube [NB1] ah for sure lol, im with you 100%
๐
Mandatory carry being mandatory carry as usual
lol indeed. thats a good way to get your right to carry stripped.
And give all gun grabbers another reason to grab guns
Also he'd lose his FFL and business because of it
It's a gun store aftwrall
That's what they sell
i have my ccw from the state that the store is in. i carried all the time, and would never do what @Mandatory Carry suggests
That's his business
exactly @Just for youtube [NB1]
So it's not just getting the felony and going to jail, you also have no store left once you get out of jail lol
@Mandatory Carry maybe youre being tongue-in-cheek, but know that if youre serious, then it would be a crime
If you prove she has intent to kill then it could be justified to shoot on sight
@Just for youtube [NB1] and even if you transfered the business to a friend/relative, you wouldnt be able to work there as a felon. rip
@Just for youtube [NB1] for sure, if theres a legit threat
Otherwise I'm pretty sure you can't shoot someone for failing to comply with a restraining order as far as I know, plus i don't have proof there's even a restraining order
maybe he knows something we dont
there is one
but its for the business
There's officially a restraining order in writing to ban her from the premises?
yes
And loitering outside etc
storefront and parking area
Okay can you just shoot someone for walking into your store at that point lol
i would say you cant
just for that alone
there would have to be more there
Yeah
hes typing, so im sure we will see more details here soon
He's been typing for a while doing his bold and italics and upside down punctuation
But maybe there are real threats
lol, hes gotta have that extra flair
maybe
Last I heard about that story was like 7 months ago
Could have developed a lot further
maybe. i doubt it, but crazier things have happened
the fact that its a storefront vs a home does change the dynamic tho.
someone shows up in your house and you have a restraining order, well i say open fire and tally ho!
load the grapeshot
@Big T
Don't know what video YOU saw, but the one *I* saw was her testing resolve_ *"ยฟHow far can I go before I provoke a response? ยฟHow far do I have to* 'jump' *when I plan to strike?"*
There's a really INTERESTING documentry on exactly this; Ninjas v. SWAT as assasination tactics. Damn that I can't remember the name, but I *think* it was Best Warrior or something *like* that.
That it happened a year ago is hardly relevant; Some of the 9/11 hijackers had been in the US over a year at the time.
@Just for youtube [NB1]
Sarcastically calling me a liar for pointing out what observable behavior indicates, seriously demanding they sit there and wait for a terrorist to start shooting before they start protecting themselves.
But yes, #MandatoryCarry saves lives. Antifa kills.
If self-defense is a felony in Washington State, you're already dead.
I'm sorry. I really am.
(ยฟDid you read my typing?)
I think a woman could get away with shooting a guy if he doesnt comply with a restraining order. If its night and he comes close to her she could claim she felt threatened and would propably get away with it, no?
It's not self defense
at least she wouldnt get a harsh punishment
If she's not carrying some deadly weapon or making threats
No self defense
Illegal in all states
Not just Washington
You cannot just shoot her
Even with the restraining order
@Mandatory Carry
her skirting the line and walking onto the parking lot property is not a justification for shooting her. PERIOD. idc what ninjas do, as that does not have any relevance to this situation. she is not an assassin. temporal proximity is absolutely relevant in determining imminent threats, by definition. self defense is not a felony, it is a legal defense to violence.
@scaevola she could claim self defense, and would then have to show that she had reasonably feared for her life, as well as articulate the imminent deadly force.
She was trying to annoy the store clerk in the video
No threats involved, no weapons, that's it
I think I saw cases like that I'll try to look something up
Attempts at bugging the guy
they exist
they absolutely do,
@Just for youtube [NB1] exactly
i stabbed someone in self defense. they were unarmed and i got away with it
the power differential there was that there was more than one of them vs me
@Big T
No, not *for walking in the parking lot,* and I didn't say that.
I'm actually back already because I went looking for the video. Can't find it yet, but it was two types of assasinations, the first one was a SWAT team. All they had to do was get the protectee's red cover. They did it under a minute.
The second one was *'a modern ninja.'*
He entered posing as a set crewman, testing cameras.
Each time he'd get closer to the principal, getting the body guards more and more used to his presence; He even gave them the answer to a trivia question they had to answer (something about the M-1 Garand).
Finally, he got within arms reach of the principle, grabbed the cover...
And won.
She's not a ninja fyi
Not spec ops
@Mandatory Carry
i said that, because that is what is depicted in the second video. that is the only video in which they had a restraining order on her. in the first video they did not. this is pretty basic stuff bro.
ok cool ninja/swat video thing, but lets stick with the topic at hand.
She's a fat antifa member that hates Christians
She's not scouting out the building to make an attack at a future date
Shea trying to annoy the giu
Guy*
^
Nah, mandatory is just a living AnCap meme, who calls drones strikes on his neighbor when the sex slaves get loose and trespass on his property
haha
HE BROKE THE NAP
he hates ancaps tho
it is amusing that he identifes as a minarchist, which is a subset of libertarianism, but then says hes not a libertarian.
im being a bit simplistic there, but the broad strokes are correct
