And give all gun grabbers another reason to grab guns
Also he'd lose his FFL and business because of it
It's a gun store aftwrall
That's what they sell
i have my ccw from the state that the store is in. i carried all the time, and would never do what @Mandatory Carry suggests
That's his business
exactly @Just for youtube [NB1]
So it's not just getting the felony and going to jail, you also have no store left once you get out of jail lol
@Mandatory Carry maybe youre being tongue-in-cheek, but know that if youre serious, then it would be a crime
If you prove she has intent to kill then it could be justified to shoot on sight
@Just for youtube [NB1] and even if you transfered the business to a friend/relative, you wouldnt be able to work there as a felon. rip
@Just for youtube [NB1] for sure, if theres a legit threat
Otherwise I'm pretty sure you can't shoot someone for failing to comply with a restraining order as far as I know, plus i don't have proof there's even a restraining order
maybe he knows something we dont
there is one
but its for the business
There's officially a restraining order in writing to ban her from the premises?
yes
And loitering outside etc
storefront and parking area
i would say you cant
just for that alone
there would have to be more there
Yeah
hes typing, so im sure we will see more details here soon
He's been typing for a while doing his bold and italics and upside down punctuation
But maybe there are real threats
lol, hes gotta have that extra flair
maybe
Last I heard about that story was like 7 months ago
Could have developed a lot further
maybe. i doubt it, but crazier things have happened
the fact that its a storefront vs a home does change the dynamic tho.
someone shows up in your house and you have a restraining order, well i say open fire and tally ho!
load the grapeshot
@Big T
Don't know what video YOU saw, but the one *I* saw was her testing resolve_ *"¿How far can I go before I provoke a response? ¿How far do I have to* 'jump' *when I plan to strike?"*
There's a really INTERESTING documentry on exactly this; Ninjas v. SWAT as assasination tactics. Damn that I can't remember the name, but I *think* it was Best Warrior or something *like* that.
That it happened a year ago is hardly relevant; Some of the 9/11 hijackers had been in the US over a year at the time.
@Just for youtube [NB1]
Sarcastically calling me a liar for pointing out what observable behavior indicates, seriously demanding they sit there and wait for a terrorist to start shooting before they start protecting themselves.
But yes, #MandatoryCarry saves lives. Antifa kills.
If self-defense is a felony in Washington State, you're already dead.
I'm sorry. I really am.
(¿Did you read my typing?)
I think a woman could get away with shooting a guy if he doesnt comply with a restraining order. If its night and he comes close to her she could claim she felt threatened and would propably get away with it, no?
It's not self defense
at least she wouldnt get a harsh punishment
If she's not carrying some deadly weapon or making threats
