No self defense

2019-06-20 22:21:32 UTC

Illegal in all states

2019-06-20 22:21:35 UTC

Not just Washington

2019-06-20 22:21:40 UTC

You cannot just shoot her

2019-06-20 22:21:49 UTC

Even with the restraining order

2019-06-20 22:22:02 UTC

@Mandatory Carry
her skirting the line and walking onto the parking lot property is not a justification for shooting her. PERIOD. idc what ninjas do, as that does not have any relevance to this situation. she is not an assassin. temporal proximity is absolutely relevant in determining imminent threats, by definition. self defense is not a felony, it is a legal defense to violence.

2019-06-20 22:23:12 UTC

@scaevola she could claim self defense, and would then have to show that she had reasonably feared for her life, as well as articulate the imminent deadly force.

2019-06-20 22:23:33 UTC

She was trying to annoy the store clerk in the video

2019-06-20 22:23:46 UTC

No threats involved, no weapons, that's it

2019-06-20 22:23:48 UTC

I think I saw cases like that I'll try to look something up

2019-06-20 22:23:52 UTC

Attempts at bugging the guy

2019-06-20 22:23:52 UTC

they exist

2019-06-20 22:23:59 UTC

they absolutely do,

2019-06-20 22:24:14 UTC
2019-06-20 22:24:34 UTC

@scaevola the power differential between them is factored in

2019-06-20 22:24:54 UTC

i stabbed someone in self defense. they were unarmed and i got away with it

2019-06-20 22:25:05 UTC

the power differential there was that there was more than one of them vs me

2019-06-20 22:30:12 UTC

@Big T
No, not *for walking in the parking lot,* and I didn't say that.

I'm actually back already because I went looking for the video. Can't find it yet, but it was two types of assasinations, the first one was a SWAT team. All they had to do was get the protectee's red cover. They did it under a minute.
The second one was *'a modern ninja.'*
He entered posing as a set crewman, testing cameras.
Each time he'd get closer to the principal, getting the body guards more and more used to his presence; He even gave them the answer to a trivia question they had to answer (something about the M-1 Garand).
Finally, he got within arms reach of the principle, grabbed the cover...
And won.

2019-06-20 22:32:15 UTC

She's not a ninja fyi

2019-06-20 22:32:19 UTC

Not spec ops

2019-06-20 22:32:30 UTC

@Mandatory Carry
i said that, because that is what is depicted in the second video. that is the only video in which they had a restraining order on her. in the first video they did not. this is pretty basic stuff bro.

ok cool ninja/swat video thing, but lets stick with the topic at hand.

2019-06-20 22:32:37 UTC

She's a fat antifa member that hates Christians

2019-06-20 22:33:15 UTC

She's not scouting out the building to make an attack at a future date

2019-06-20 22:33:19 UTC

Shea trying to annoy the giu

2019-06-20 22:33:32 UTC

Nah, mandatory is just a living AnCap meme, who calls drones strikes on his neighbor when the sex slaves get loose and trespass on his property

2019-06-20 22:33:45 UTC

2019-06-20 22:33:51 UTC

HE BROKE THE NAP

2019-06-20 22:33:52 UTC

he hates ancaps tho

2019-06-20 22:35:31 UTC

it is amusing that he identifes as a minarchist, which is a subset of libertarianism, but then says hes not a libertarian.

2019-06-20 22:36:04 UTC

@C1PHER ANCAPs are to weak on the second amendment for him

2019-06-20 22:36:04 UTC

im being a bit simplistic there, but the broad strokes are correct

2019-06-20 22:36:20 UTC

because to him, the only libertarians are the weird lefty libertarians

2019-06-20 22:36:25 UTC

AnComs, I guess

2019-06-20 22:36:26 UTC

2019-06-20 22:36:54 UTC

he gets his sets mixed up

2019-06-20 22:37:16 UTC

if A is a subset of B, he will say all B are A.

2019-06-20 22:37:18 UTC
