That's his business

2019-06-20 22:08:26 UTC

So it's not just getting the felony and going to jail, you also have no store left once you get out of jail lol

2019-06-20 22:08:40 UTC

@Mandatory Carry maybe youre being tongue-in-cheek, but know that if youre serious, then it would be a crime

2019-06-20 22:08:55 UTC

If you prove she has intent to kill then it could be justified to shoot on sight

2019-06-20 22:09:12 UTC

@Just for youtube [NB1] and even if you transfered the business to a friend/relative, you wouldnt be able to work there as a felon. rip

2019-06-20 22:09:28 UTC

@Just for youtube [NB1] for sure, if theres a legit threat

2019-06-20 22:09:37 UTC

Otherwise I'm pretty sure you can't shoot someone for failing to comply with a restraining order as far as I know, plus i don't have proof there's even a restraining order

2019-06-20 22:09:37 UTC

maybe he knows something we dont

2019-06-20 22:09:47 UTC

there is one

2019-06-20 22:09:51 UTC

but its for the business

2019-06-20 22:10:09 UTC

There's officially a restraining order in writing to ban her from the premises?

2019-06-20 22:10:13 UTC

yes

2019-06-20 22:10:13 UTC

And loitering outside etc

2019-06-20 22:10:23 UTC

storefront and parking area

2019-06-20 22:10:29 UTC

Okay can you just shoot someone for walking into your store at that point lol

2019-06-20 22:10:41 UTC

i would say you cant

2019-06-20 22:10:46 UTC

just for that alone

2019-06-20 22:10:55 UTC

there would have to be more there

2019-06-20 22:11:03 UTC

Yeah

2019-06-20 22:11:27 UTC

hes typing, so im sure we will see more details here soon

2019-06-20 22:11:34 UTC

He's been typing for a while doing his bold and italics and upside down punctuation

2019-06-20 22:11:40 UTC

But maybe there are real threats

2019-06-20 22:11:44 UTC

lol, hes gotta have that extra flair

2019-06-20 22:11:47 UTC

maybe

2019-06-20 22:11:56 UTC

Last I heard about that story was like 7 months ago

2019-06-20 22:12:02 UTC

Could have developed a lot further

2019-06-20 22:12:26 UTC

maybe. i doubt it, but crazier things have happened

2019-06-20 22:12:59 UTC

the fact that its a storefront vs a home does change the dynamic tho.

2019-06-20 22:13:31 UTC

someone shows up in your house and you have a restraining order, well i say open fire and tally ho!

2019-06-20 22:13:42 UTC

load the grapeshot

2019-06-20 22:17:29 UTC

@Big T
Don't know what video YOU saw, but the one *I* saw was her testing resolve_ *"¿How far can I go before I provoke a response? ¿How far do I have to* 'jump' *when I plan to strike?"*
There's a really INTERESTING documentry on exactly this; Ninjas v. SWAT as assasination tactics. Damn that I can't remember the name, but I *think* it was Best Warrior or something *like* that.
That it happened a year ago is hardly relevant; Some of the 9/11 hijackers had been in the US over a year at the time.
@Just for youtube [NB1]
Sarcastically calling me a liar for pointing out what observable behavior indicates, seriously demanding they sit there and wait for a terrorist to start shooting before they start protecting themselves.
But yes, #MandatoryCarry saves lives. Antifa kills.

If self-defense is a felony in Washington State, you're already dead.
I'm sorry. I really am.

(¿Did you read my typing?)

2019-06-20 22:20:12 UTC

I think a woman could get away with shooting a guy if he doesnt comply with a restraining order. If its night and he comes close to her she could claim she felt threatened and would propably get away with it, no?

2019-06-20 22:21:05 UTC

It's not self defense

2019-06-20 22:21:10 UTC

at least she wouldnt get a harsh punishment

2019-06-20 22:21:25 UTC

If she's not carrying some deadly weapon or making threats

2019-06-20 22:21:28 UTC

No self defense

2019-06-20 22:21:32 UTC

Illegal in all states

2019-06-20 22:21:35 UTC

Not just Washington

2019-06-20 22:21:40 UTC

You cannot just shoot her

2019-06-20 22:21:49 UTC

Even with the restraining order
