You wouldnt want to join a state just to be blocked out of spots by other GOP members. Highly advise going for the house first

You gain 3 power/hour at first. You can gain more over time. You use that power to do campaign actions to gain influence. ~3-4 power for basic actions

Elections are every like 5 days depending on what position

There are 2 senate positions, a governor, and some house seats depending on seat
