If the national identity is based on ethnicity, culture, history, and etc. and not some constructed thing like the Roman Empire of the USA, the collective of individual men will make up the nation, and so the nationalistic businessman will be generous and fair to this worker. This way we adhere to our biological inclination towards hierarchies, where strong men like me lead weak men like you.
