you can do a lot with weights ordered from amazon for 20 bucks and an ab roller for another 20

I just spend 6 months membership on equipment and I never have to pay again and can workout at home

and go running outside at a safe time

i have a tread mill

and because your wieght r at home you should be guilt tripped into working out more often

if you have equipment at home its a lot easier to like just watch tv or something and work out
