Im not into debating what should have and should have not been, hypocritical analysis of what happened is what bothers me

but i did experience them, oftn went unprepared with just basic warm clothing

got frozen

it could be just freezing here

you do need to go multilayered, and plug all the openings with scarves, gloves, etc

but the wind could make it feel 30 degrees colder

neck area is most important
