Google Consumer Surveys had +18 for Feingold in mid-October, so I guess it's not completely improbable

Polling in Michigan/Wisconsin/Minnesota are known to be less accurate than other polls.

the 2016 WI polling was generally garbage altogether

in 2018 so far there appears to be split between Marquette (which is showing better results overall for the GOP, albeit not so much for Senate) and everyone else who is showing a dem blowout

the encouraging thing is that Marquette is historically the best pollster of WI
