Red Alert:
The Florida State Legislature has just approved Amendment IV - The Right for Felons to Vote Act to be on the November ballot after the nigger rights supporting the measure claimed it got around 800k signatures on its petition. The GOP-controlled State legislature is thinking of passing a bill that will restore the nigger's rights only if jewdge grants his/her approval. If not, this amendment requires, I believe, a two-thirds majority (if not just sixty percent) to officially pass so it's a tough sell, but it's Florida - there's enough cucked-up people down here for it to pass.
We good
Yay
Thank God
phew
a 'conservative democrat' with a career as an astronaut, but still a faggot shill for "muh Russia"
these people
the intelligence community undermines its own integrity by making mass surveillance programs to spy on its citizens and sabotaging political opponents
I can't stand that bastard Nelson!
how many people do you know IRL are voting against him this November
Almost everyone
Try carpooling to where you're voting
that hispanic demographic is high relative to the rest of the country
that looks similar to the general approval
4 out of 10 latino voters support Trump, pretty suprising
I think he got 32% of the overall hispanic vote in the election
correct
Not as good as dubya's margins, but blows McCain and Romney out of the water
And Reagan for that matter
I made another copypasta to replace my old one for Bill Nelson
(Florida -- Bill Nelson)
>Three Term Senator, first elected in 2000 with 51%, Re-elected in 2006 with 60, Re-elected in 2012 with 55%
>Moderate Democrat, Trump Score: 39.3%

Potential Ways of Taking Him Down
According to the Issues:
He believes the Russia LARP. Calls the memo a victory for Putin. He needs to be targeted as a deranged dumbass or conniving traitor who propagates the idiotic Russian conpsiracy theory, which will alienate him with moderates.
is probably going to face Rick Scott in the primaries, who is relatively popular in Florida
Demographically:
>GOP candidate needs to get turnout high in the Panhandle, other rural white areas in FL, and suburban areas by making multiple live appearances in those places
>GOP candidate needs to court the Cuban vote, and enough of the Puerto Rican vote so that it doesnโt make a difference
>GOP candidate needs to win over moderates and independents by beating Nelson in a debate, spending millions of dollars on ads and GOTV
what are your thoughts
It's more informational than the last one
conveys the scenario more comprehensively
use it
"In a hypothetical U.S. Senate matchup, Governor Rick Scott leads incumbent Senator Bill Nelson 44% to 34% with 22% undecided."
I know it's late but for whatever reason I woke up at this time of night
Another interesting factor is approval rating
Scott has seen his favorability go from 49 A 39 D (+10 pts) in November to 52 A 34 D (+18 pts).
Meanwhile Nelson has seen the reverse happen, with 45 A 22 D (+23 pts) in November to 40 A 27 D (+13 pts).
This means Rick Scott is now both more popular and (presumably as the Governor of the state) more recognizable than Bill Nelson. If he's considering a run, we may just chalk this in the "win" column.
Who is running for FL
hopefully Scott
YEA BOI LORD VOLDIMORT
Tfw I don't have a pic of Scott on my phone
you from Russia?
No
So American?
This was a meme name because I played arma 2 and WG Red dragon
Ah
And a ALB
BlueMidterm2018 seems to be trying to tell themselves that Nelson has a solid chance
"I think there are several factors that will help Nelson this year. As someone who spends his time between a bustling university town and a more suburban area, I have seen and met tons of new Puerto Rican arrivals. Iโve been trying to advertise that you can register to vote online because they are still settling in and registering to vote is not on the top of their list of priorities. Most people that I talk to, however, are fired up. Even my conservative Cuban family is planning on voting Democratic because theyโre sick of the racism coming from the White House. With the governor of Puerto Rico vowing to campaign hard against the Republican Party, I think the effect will only get bigger."
hmmmm
@FLanon what are your thoughts
I think I've made my position on the Puerto Rico problem quite clear, the "conservative cuban family voting dem because racism" line is bullshit. Cubans, at least in my sphere of influence, are the most anti-nonwhite kind of people you could ever know. They don't give a fuck about Haiti and see the NFL players as a bunch of rat bastards. If I remember, they had one of the most pro-Trump ethnic demographics in the election.
so you think the guy claiming he comes from a conservative Cuban family is an outlier (or even making shit up?)
Trump's net approval in Florida is +5 (!) according to Morning Consult
Cubans that came here were probably the castizos
Definitely
The mestizos and indios and negros probably have it better in cuba now
or at least they have no one to blame but themselves now
Lot of Galician immigrants that went to Cuba and left when Castro came along
I don't see any right wing Cuban-Americans ever going against Trump because of racism
I honestly believe they're making that up
I think Cuba had some sort of unspoken caste or something to that effect
@FLanon I wouldn't put it past a redditfag to make something up for le upboats
I remember they were saying the same thing on r/politics during 2016. They said the Cubans wouldn't vote for Trump because of solidarity with Mexicans
HAHA
That's fucking hilarious, Cubans HATE mexicans
It may be a pride thing, but a lot of them see the mexicans as ungrateful
That is what I told them! I got in a big argument with them. I said all they have in common is the same language. It would be like an Americans standing in solidarity with Jamaicans because both nations speak English.
Culture is deeper than language is the thing
Reddit fags don't get that
Leftist lack critical thinking skills
Lot of legitimate refugees from back in the day that came, they get pissed off at the la raza bullshit
They see "Hispanic" and think free Democrat Vote
I don't think the new wave of cuban migrants is good whatsoever, I think all the anti-communists have packed up and left
@๐Boo-ton๐ +5? In a state this purple? Damn.
I think that having the Governor of Puerto Rico touring Florida talking about replacement migration and how it will turn Florida Blue will help us
Fuck these people, really.
It's crazy how openly they talk about replacing the electorate nowadays
So is Florida crawling with them now?
They've had some for a while
The diaspora already's gone everywhere
But anyways, that's enough ranting for one day, the data atm is pretty whitepilling
Scott at 44 to 34 w/ Nelson, his approval rising and Nelson's falling
If he's going to run, I have it on good faith he'll win.
Fuck what Reddit thinks
Ugh
I'm hearing from a lot of Florida anons that they didn't know about the special election
disturbing
that's the thing
on the bright side, the left is trying to push the narrative that the Dems' overperformance is due to Trump losing support, but really it's because GOP voters aren't hearing about the state legislature special elections while reeeesisters are pissed enough to spread the news and go out to vote
Huh, was there a school shooting today?
yep
Apparently it happened some place out near Miami
Well, that sucks
hopefuly the Valentine's Day shooting doesn't affect Scott's chances
please,
If it did it'd be in the other direction
the news cycle moves so fast, everyone will forget about this
