okay, well from what I've read over the years I've found that one source of true freedom lies within this state of mind. Being that once you can embody passion/emotional focus of willpower etc these "dreams" will grow in length/intensity/complexity etc and for some they last days upon weeks etc every night; some learn to "keep" the dream going in the background, where they blink and focus for a bit and are there again etc, a lot of meditation in later stages comes down to "dreaming" reality and in turn reality becomes the dream, and thus "your" reality becomes an expression of dream like nature, but by that point your dreams are something unlike i could ever describe

It gets to a point where going to sleep “here” is akin to unplugging from the body and entering an infinite network of expression in which your intention throws you through a spectrum of consciousness until “reality” manifests around you based upon the mindset/emotions etc going into this state

well you see creativity, and “much” of what we are/do is a product of the subconsciousness of which we are an expression of. By “mastering” these altered states of mind to one degree or another you in turn learn how to harness “focus” and willpower within passions/emotions etc to intensities beyond that of what would be otherwise egotistical and empty/superficial. So if you want to be able to sing/write music, etc, play instruments or follow your dreams, well it helps to be able to live those dreams and “live” through far greater experiences to draw passions from

lol hell no, I've studied this kinda thing from many points of view because i fundamentally lacked the very essence of this to such a degree my previous depression was a state of perpetual self induced numbing denial. I only point towards the road/path that we and many have followed, in time i hope to grow upon this too

For the majority of my life I’ve only ever had short 10-30 second dreams of lucidity usually waking up as if pulled from said dream state; furthermore the nature of said dreams was very… artificial as if being studied/tested; so I never felt rooted within the moment and easily drew myself out of them.

As of a month ish ago I started trying to go to sleep with intent, trying to “enter” the void of darkness behind closed eyes and let my mind create visualizations of its own flourishion. This has more or less been peekaboo with my innate, in short it “showing” me some vague/fuzzy image until I “see” it and try focusing then lose it, usually takes anywhere from 5-20min to get one, and about 3 seconds to loose it… to say i’m bad is a understatement.

On a brighter note, I’ve had some luck within harmonization, or rather dissonance; being I’ve had a few dreams enwich i could embody a feeling/tone within the mind to a degree that reality echo’s the intention; such as flight or levitation… mostly ends in me getting pulled out of the dream tho.

The truth or something like it

well here's the thing, the only "truth" you have is what your 5 senses show/tell you; but many views tell you these are the only tools in which your enthralled before; so in short the only truths you can every really have are the ones you create to be true, as every product of experience can be manipulated through perceptions to create the responses they demand… and that’s not even getting into the nature of what we call ourself; being a product of knowing. Mk ultra like programs and of the likes have shown just how “easily” the mind can be overwritten/modified; how entire personalities can be inserted/removed and more.

So what it really comes down to is what needs to be true to do what you do, and what needs to be true to do what you want to do?
