i've done size/format conversions of videos ...error artifacts do happen
mostly the error artifacts that happen are from modified original, every copy since are original keep mostly error free except for previous exposed errors
it does take weeks and a 50k workstation but it's doable

well u have to do it frame by frame to clean out the errors and do it basically 'manually' ..since theres no software currently to detect errors

when you view a picture in binary code a computer can see if it's real or not
which is why u use older software not main player software such as adobe to detect everything and expose it all...adobe won't rat out it's own creations
