well i set my repeat sensor to only 12hr limit to ease on the conflict

ur in your own league

higher level of traffic for the server, the lower the repeat sensor is set for

this server has at least 4k users on it...but has not that much chatter on it except for data dumps and news posts we do

and the small discussions we have

well we got up to date posters doing the heavy lifting

and a lot of lurkers

trust me when 100+ people start talking it becomes a mess so this is alright

on a server where they split the users to voice instead of text chat to control the flow

restricted the text chat to mostly data dumps and news posts

only those without voice chat option can post to the text channel

this is one of many flood control options available to ppl that run servers

we've tried that and talk channels are available so it's open for anyone but I personally don't think it's a necessity

another option is data dump areas and news posts areas exclusively while having separate text chat areas

well ur arrangement is all wrong ..not set for ease to the ppl visiting the server

at least for the discussion areas

everything else is fine

voice and text chat should be right next to each other for each section/topic area

kinda hard to fix it now..but i'm just saying
